- I certainly wasn't going to hold up C= as an example of how to run a good
- business! But even they knew about the Osborne syndrome fine. The CDTV2,
- for example, was kept very secret while they were still trying to sell
- the CDTV. Even the A600 was kept secret until the last moment (not though
- news of it would have stopped people buying the A500 :-)

- The problem that AT have is the AT1200 is an old design and it's dificult
- to sell. That's why they had to put such a big software bundle in the
- pack. Don't get me wrong, the AT1200 is still a very good machine, but by
- now the machine should be ú199, not ú399. Of course, it's a catch22
- situation. Unless they sell large numbers they can't make it that cheap.
- And at the current price, they never will...
